Project Overview
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is an area for the Kantar Trade Optimization sales team that they wanted to bring to the attention of prospective clients. A short form video served well to be shared across multiple platforms and at in person events. I worked closely with the sales team to draft a script that worked well to explain the RGM suite in clear and concise language that is approachable to a wide variety of people. Once the script had been finalized, I began drafting storyboards in close collaboration with the sales team to ensure the accuracy of the message. With storyboards signed off from the sales team I then produced the full video.
